Instant Gulab jamun






Ingredients
1) 1 cup Milk powder
2) 2 tbspn Maida
3) 1 tbspn Semolina
4) 1 tbspn ghee
5) 1 tspn lemon juice
6) 1.2 cup milk
7) Pinch of b
7) Ghee for frying
8) For sugar syrup, 1 cup sugar , 1 cup water, 1 tspn cardamom powder


Method
1) In a bowl mix the flours and milk and make soft dough
2) Make small balls, Marble sized
3) Deep fry them in ghee till they turn brown
4) Simultenously in a pan add sugar and water and boil them till it dissolves and add the cardamom powder
5) Add the fried balls immediately to the hot sugar syrup
6)  Let it rest for one hour till the balls soak all the syrup and double in size
Open vegetable Burger






Ingredients
1) 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
2) 1/2 cup boiled green peas
3) 1/2 cup boiled carrots
4) 1/2 cup boiled beans
5) one medium onion
6)  1 tspn garlic paste
7) 1 tspn chili paste
8) 1 tspn ginger paste
9) 1 tspn garam masala
10) 1 tbspn of finely chopped coriander
11) salt to taste
12) 1/2 cup bread crumbs
13) 2 tbspn Maida
14) Tomatos, Lettuce, cheese and bread for dressing


Method
1) For burger tikki, first sauté the onions and garlic in a pan
2) To that add the corrainder and all spices
3) Finally add the boiled vegetables and mix them thoroughly
4) Make small flat tikkis
5) Dip in Maida slury
6) Coat it with bread crumbs
7) Keep it in fridge for 30 min
8) Deep fry them till they turn brown
9) Serve them with bread, tomato lettuce and cheese slice
Broccoli Soup




Ingredients
500 gm Broccoli
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt
1 tbspn butter
1 tbspn cream


Method
1) In a pan heat the butter and add the chopped onions and garlic
2) Saute them for 2-3 min
3) Add Brocolli pieces and then add 2 glasses of water and salt
4) Cover the pan and let it cook for about 5-10 min
5) Once done, blend it and make the soup
6) Finally add cream on top of it

Smiley potatoes
(Maccain style)




Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes
4 tbspn corn flour
1 tspn salt
1 tspn pepper powder
Oil to fry


Method
1) Mix the boiled potatoes with the corn flour and salt thoroughly to make a smooth soft dough
2) Now make small medals from that dough and make eyes using the straws and smile using a spoon
3) Deep fry the medalions till they turn light brown and crispy
4) Serve it hot with Tomato ketchup
Litti Chokha






Ingredients
 
For litti
1 cup wheat flour
1 tspn Carom seeds
1 tbspn oil
1 tbspn curd
1/2 cup water
1/2 tspn baking powder


For filling
1 cup sattu (Gram seeds flour)
1 tspn green chilies
1/2 tspn ginger paste
1 tbpsn Mustard oil
1 tbspn Cummin, Corriander and fennel seeds powder
1 tspn salt
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander


For Chokha


1 big Eggplant smoked on Gas stove
1 big sized boiled potatoe
1 tspn green chilies
1 tspn ginger paste
1 tspn lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander


2 tbspn Ghee for roasting the litti




Method
1) Mix the litti contents and make a soft dough and rest it for 30 min
2) Mix the filling ingredients
3) Make a medium sized ball from dough and flatten it. Fill it with 1 spoon filling and seal it with edges to form a round shaped littli
4) Bake the little for 10 min at 250C
5) Once done roast the littis on the pan with ghee
6) For chokha mix all the vegetables including the smoked eggplant
7) Serve hot

Wheat Focaccia



Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 tbspn maida
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn baking soda
1 tbspn curd
2 tbspn Olive oil
1 tspn Rosemarry
1/2 cup of chopped vegetables
1/2 cup water


Method
1) In luke warm water, add the baking powder and soda and then slowly add the flour to it
2) Lastly add the olive oil and salt and curd
3) Make a very light dough and let it rest for 30 min
4) Then give a shape to the dough and make lots of dimples on the dough top
5) Drizzle some olive oil on it and spread the chopped veges and Rosemarry
6) Bake the bread in the preheated over for about 15min at 250C
7) You can garnish it with cheese
