Rajagra(Amaranth grain) Banana Puris
(Farali dish)
Ingredients
2 cups Rajgira
1 big size ripe banana
1 tspn chopped green chilies
1/2 tspn ginger paste
1 tspn salt
1/4 th cup water
Oil to fry


Method
1) Mix the Rajgira flour with the mashed banana and chilies and giner paste
2) Make a firm dough
3) Make small balls and roll them into thick puris
4) Deep fry the Puris at medium flame till they turn brown and crispy
5) Serve them hot with Curd or Tea


Servings: Around 6-7 medium size puris
